2. What Data I Collect
   The only personal data I collect directly is information you provide when contacting me through the website contact form or by email. This usually includes your name, email address, and any details you choose to share in your message.
   I do not use additional analytics, marketing, or advertising cookies beyond what WordPress.com automatically sets (see section 5).
3. How I Use and Store Your Data
   If you contact me about therapy but do not proceed, your email and any personal information will be deleted within 72 hours.
   If you do proceed with therapy, your data will be stored securely in a GDPR-compliant storage system for up to 5 years, in line with professional insurance and legal obligations.
   Your information will only be used to provide therapy services and to comply with legal requirements.
4. Contact Form and Jetpack
   The website contact form is powered by Jetpack. Jetpack acts as a data processor for the purpose of delivering your form submission to my email inbox.
   Any submitted data is deleted from Jetpack’s system once delivered to my email or if the inquiry does not proceed within 72 hours.
   If therapy proceeds, information is stored securely for up to 5 years in compliance with GDPR.
5. WordPress.com Cookies and Site Stats
   This site uses minimal cookies automatically set by WordPress.com for site functionality and anonymised site statistics, such as page views and referrers.
   No additional tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies are used beyond WordPress.com’s essential cookies.
6. WordPress.com (Automattic)
   This website is hosted by WordPress.com (Automattic). As part of providing this service, Automattic may automatically collect some information from visitors, such as IP addresses, browser details, and basic site usage statistics.
